What will happen when you have a tooth decay?
If your dentist decides to treat caries, he or she will remove decay and then clean the cavity which will then be filled (blocked) with one of the materials described above.
How do I know if I need a shutter? 
Only your dentist can detect if you have a bunt that must be cured. During his clinical examination your dentist will examine all surfaces of your teeth with a probe and a mirror. Anything that might seem abnormal will be carefully checked with special instruments. Your dentist can also make a radiography of the mouth whole or some teeth. The type of treatment chosen by your dentist will depend on the size of the lesion caries.
