Psoriasis does not preferentially associated with eczema. The two diseases have tended to exclude. However, it may well recover from its psoriasis and then reached lesions of eczema. Or suffer from psoriasis eczema, due mostly to the implementation of a drug poorly tolerated. In addition, psoriasis (in life) is more prone to autoimmune diseases bullosa. This is probably because the skin has suffered chronic inflammation and has been weakened by repeated scratching. Consequently the body recognizes the immune cells of the skin, as it is foreign. Moreover, there is not more skin infections (fungus, warts), in people psoriasis. Conversely, the accelerated renewal of the skin rather protect these disorders, bacteria cannot attach to the skin.
