Here's Your HELP with:
THE MOST FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q. Can I get a bigger version of the picture I'm planning to send?
A. Yes. After you send your e-card, a page will come up asking if you want to see higher resolution pictures. Click the link and you'll find the same images for purchase at 800x600 pixels -- screensaver size -- and 640x480 pixels, the size used for most other web purposes.

Q. Are all the pictures on this site available at that higher-resolution link?
A. Not yet. We're new, and are working to get them all up soon.

Q. How do I download my digital purchases?
A. Easy. Yahoo! Stores does all the file-uncompressing for you and the picture appears on your screen like magic.

Q. How can I store my digital images?
A. Make a folder and label it however you choose. "My Pictures," for example. Then double-click your folder to open it, and mouse-drag your image(s) into it. Close it, and the folder is now your portfolio which you can keep on your desktop on in your hard drive.

Q. What can I do if a picture I want isn't up yet in the bigger size?
A. E-mail us at aries31@optonline.net. Tell us which one(s) you'd like and we'll get it/them up ASAP.

Q.What can I do with my digital pictures?
A. Use them for any creative personal project: school reports, invitations, family greetings, announcements, personal web pages, etc.. Notice, though, that Personal Use means non-commercial use. DreamBlooms images are copyrighted, watermarked, and cannot be used in any advertising, promotional, or commercially published materials. By sending your e-greeting and proceeding to the higher-resolutin images, you are agreeing to abide by this Agreement.

Q. What if I do want to use your images for advertising or commercial design projects?
A. Go to the DreamBlooms Professional Licensing page if you wish to license images for design, advertising, publishing, Web production, or other professional uses.

Q. I never understood HOW people "use" their digital pictures for reports and all. I mean, how do they get the digital pictures INTO their reports...it's not like you can take scissors and...
A.We read you. It helps if you have software like Microsoft Word (Mac or PC version), which is important for everything nowadays anyway. With a tool like this you can create text, choose where you want your images, and put them in. It's not hard to learn, and once you've got the hang of it there's no turning back.
