Constipation means that a person has three bowel movements or fewer in a week. With constipation stools are usually hard, dry, small in size, and difficult to eliminate. Constipation problem should not be taken for granted, it is important that you take necessary medication to treat the problem.  Constipation must be taken seriously as it may pose future health problems. Some common effects of constipation in the body are fatigue, bloating, and abdominal pain. To prevent and remedy constipation, changing what you eat, drink and how much you exercise will be one of the keys to eliminate the problem.
